Push Up Bras: Facts and Figures

Nursing Pajamas

Of all type and styles of bras, the most sought after is the push up bra. These bras lift the breasts and with their unique padding give shape to them. In addition, manufacturers have come out with the innovative idea of filling the bra cups silicone insertion, water sacks or mixture of oils and water that fit into a pocket inside each cup. They are called "fillets" and are meant to give the breast a fuller and natural look by adding size. Moreover, you can remove and insert the fillets as you desire. In addition, the push up bras facilitate in showing off deep plunging, stylish cleavage. Their unique and improved fabrication prevents pilling on the cups. They are designed for low cut dresses and revealing fashion statements.

Nursing Pajamas

Push up bras come in different designs. Some are half- cupped. They generally cover half of the breast giving them a bare-minimum covered look. Best for showing off a plunging and revealing neckline, these push up bras give maximum support with maximum exposure.

The full coverage bra covers the breasts completely. You can choose from push up bras with or without under wire. Push up bras can be categorized as demi cup bras, full coverage bras and padded bras.

Demi cup bras are half cup bras that cover half the breasts, giving a bare-minimum look. These bras have wide set cups and are best for plunging cleavage or dresses with revealing necklines.

Padded bras have padding in them and give the breasts a fuller look. They can also be worn to enhance small breasts.

Latest Trends in Medical Scrubs

Nursing Pajamas

Health professions are changing dramatically and the latest trends in medical scrubs reflect both a change in who is a "typical" health care provider, and a change in cutting-edge material technology. Nursing is in extremely high demand nationally, and the salaries match that demand, bringing many new people into the field.

Nursing Pajamas

There are no longer stigmas attached to entering nursing as a second career, or for males entering the field. With advances in non-invasive diagnostics, such as medical sonography, whole new fields are opening up and attracting thousands of workers. All of these health care professionals need and want medical scrubs to wear on the job, and they demand many more choices than the old, all-white uniforms available in the past.

The latest trends include advances in the material used to make the scrubs. There are scrubs available with anti-microbial properties present in the material, helping guard against infection of patient or medical worker. The anti-microbial action lasts through hundreds of washings. New fabric blends make scrubs more comfortable, long-lasting, and easy-care, too, with stretch materials proving extremely popular.

With medical workers of all shapes, ages, and heights needing uniforms, the medical scrubs industry has created brand-new design lines that help protect the health care worker by fitting properly, without gaps, sagging, or bunching. Now, scrubs for women are available in petite or tall sizes, and in sizes to fit larger, heavier frames as well. Men's scrubs are much more plentiful, and are cut to fit the male frame.

Nurses and other medical workers can find prints, designs, and colors to fit any taste. A new trend is denim scrubs, which are proving very popular among men, and stunning all-black scrubs, popular with both sexes. Cheerful prints can help put patients at ease, and the latest trends include prints of new cartoon and movie characters, and prints that reflect popular culture.

Scrub pants show a variety of leg treatments that reflect the same fashion trends as in streetwear, with split, flared leg openings available, and some pants featuring a longer length so that the pant legs "break" on the arch of each foot and cover the back of the shoe entirely, with the footwear just peeking out in front. Lowrise pants are also a new trend in scrubs, especially among the younger workers, who also favor tailored waist treatments and tucked-in tops.

Necklines reflect the latest streetwear trends, too, with square necklines showing up in women's scrubs now, and gathered yokes reflecting the popularity of peasant-tops. Men's scrub tops keep the traditional deep vee-neck, but add contrasting piping or mesh inserts.

Both men and women's scrubs are featuring no-collar modified lab coats that coordinate with the colors and styles of the pants and tops, for those chilly days and air-conditioned facilities.

A completely new, trendy feature in both men and women's scrubs is the use of tee shirts instead of traditional scrub tops. The tees are designed to coordinate with the scrub bottoms, and feature medical-related graphics, famous scrub brand logos, or specialty dye effects, such as "dip dyeing" or "slide dyeing" to give gradations of color. Many are very close-fitting, giving a trim appearance that emphasizes the physique.

With all the of the new types of medical scrubs available now, medical personnel can choose functional work wear that is as stylish as any streetwear, and can show their personality by the scrubs they choose.

Nursing Pajamas

Thousands of people go to school in their pajamas every day. By using distance learning to obtain your Associate's Degree in Nursing, you can enjoy studying in a relaxed atmosphere while working toward your goal of becoming an RN.

Nursing Pajamas

Advancing your career from LPN to RN, Paramedic to RN, or RT to RN is your ticket to job security! While it can be challenging for some to commute back and forth to school and figuring out child care while balancing a full schedule, distance learning students don't have those things to worry about. If you are a Licensed Practical Nurse, Paramedic, or Respiratory Therapist looking to become an RN, distance learning is a convenient solution for you. Distance learning programs allow you to take courses from the comfort and convenience of your home or during your downtime!

Don't waste time and money commuting back and forth to school several times a week, just pull up a chair and get started wherever you're comfortable.

Don't arrange and incur the extra expense for a babysitter to watch your kids while you're at class on campus several times a week. You can be in your home with them studying while they do their homework or play.

Don't rearrange your work schedule for school, simply study when you want and test when you're ready. If you learn better early in the day, during down time at work, while your child practices baseball, or late into the evening, that's perfect! You decide when, where, and how long!

The demands of a family, a full or part-time job, and other responsibilities can make the thought of getting your Associate's Degree in Nursing seem like a dream that will never become a reality. However, with the convenience and flexibility of distance learning nursing degree programs you can move from LPN to RN, Paramedic to RN, or RT to RN without disrupting your entire life.

Pregnancy Photo And Maternity Clothes Ideas

Nursing Pajamas

Many Options For Pregnancy Photo Shoots

Nursing Pajamas

It is becoming very popular for women to have their pregnancy photos taken.

There are many pregnancy photo ideas for women to think of, for instance, what types of clothes should be worn? How many months pregnant should I be before I have my photo shoot?

A woman who is expecting has a particular glow about her that is radiantly beautiful and this is the only time in their life that they will look like this. It is common for many women to want to cover themselves up while pregnant so that they are not embarrassed by their fat. This is not a good idea.

Women should be proud to show off their body. If the right clothing is chosen, the mom to be nothing but proud of her photo shoot. When everything is right, the pregnancy photo ideas will begin flowing. The first thing to know with pregnancy photo ideas are to not spend a lot of money on an outfit just for a photo.

Chances are that there is something in the closet that will be perfect. For instance, how about a man's shirt? Preferably dads. Not a t-shirt though, something with a collar would look great. Something very feminine and silky is another great way to show off the curves of the woman's body.

Basically, anything that does not hide the fact that the woman's body is going through the most incredible process known to mankind. The next thing to know with pregnancy photo ideas are when exactly is a good time during the pregnancy to take the photos. Usually, during the last few months is the best time.

The mother to be is glowing with joy and her body will show it. Having dad in the photo is a great way to show the beginning of a family and the joy that they are feeling. Dad kissing mom's bare belly is a cute way to express the love and joy that they must be feeling. Another great way to do a pregnancy photo shoot ideas would be to have the other siblings in the photo with mom, and possibly dad. This is also a great way for them to bond with the new baby.

Is There Really a Work at Home Institute?

Nursing Pajamas

I believe there is a lot of search involved in work at home institutes, however I don't feel the word "institute" would be proper. There are a lot of websites that enable you to find work at home jobs like telecommuting, customer service operators, etc... within a wide list of companies to choose from. But I don't believe there is an "institute" quite dedicated to that itself. The "institute" IS your HOME. You ARE working from home - your institute right?

Nursing Pajamas

As I was researching for "work at home institutes", I came across a website that I will not choose to mention. I was quite disappointed. I thought GREAT I actually found a "Work at Home Institute (gee did I just mention it?)". When I first opened the site, it asked for me some general information in order to get me on their list. You know "the List". Well in order for me to proceed, I had to enter my information in order to gain FREE access into the site. After I painstackingly entered my information, it lead me to another bogus site. What came up was "Hey you can get paid to do surveys!" Don't get me wrong, it is an area that you can do from home and get some cash from it, but I wouldn't recommend it. You have to really do a lot of LEGWORK in order to make this work. Hey I did try it myself, (however not from this site, but previously) and you know I did make 5 just by merely making a few political survey calls and WALLA, I submitted my results online and got paid. But if you were going to continue this line of work, make sure to get with reputable surveyors. There are professionals out there who can actually make a grand living. Other than that - stay away from it. My suggestion would be to do some research on telecommuting jobs. These jobs are real paid jobs with company benefits (For more information on who hires for these types of positions and what the companies are. Please visit my blog).

Anyway back to my experience and my research... I still quite could not find a "work at home institute" at least of any value. Again, the "institute" is your home and if that is where you would like to work from, and then get the REAL information about getting yourself established to work from home. Don't waste your time going to some of these useless ongoing websites that lead you to nowhere but frustration. Do the research and find the opportunities that are legit and ready for you to make some good take home, and work at home income.

Booklet Topic Idea - The Tween Market is Wide, Varied and Profitable

Nursing Pajamas

In the U.S. today there are more than 21 million children who fall into the "tween" category.  These 8 - 14 year olds make up a very lucrative market.  If you have a child or grandchild in this age group and you've been trying to come up with a topic for a booklet, writing for or about tweens might just be the topic for you.

Nursing Pajamas

Booklets Are A Perfect Fit With Tweens

When was the last time you saw an 8 - 14 year old sit down and read a book that wasn't required reading for school?  Probably never.  Although some tweens do read books, the vast majority would rather spend time online, watching TV, or talking on the phone.  Reading books takes too long, and tweens generally don't have the attention span or the patience that reading a full length book requires.  This is why booklets are perfect for this market.  They give the reader the facts in a short, concise manner.

Booklets are also convenient for tweens to carry with them in a purse, backpack or tote.  This age group loves to share things they like with their friends.  Booklets are easy to share because they're easy to take along wherever the tween goes.  Once the tweens friends see the booklet, they'll want one too.

Topics That Interest Tweens

So, just what do tweens want to know more about today?  High on the list of priorities are:

Fashion Hair Care Make Up Room Decor Food Fun Websites Electronics Music Celebrities Sports Relationships (especially with friends and the opposite sex, but also includes parents and God)

Writing about any of the above will get a tweens attention, and if you can find a way to make your booklets collectable tweens will share them, trade them and keep them.

Writing About Tweens

Writing a booklet for tweens isn't the only way to capitalize on this market.  Writing a booklet for parents or grandparents of tweens, or for teachers or sports coaches, or for another professional who works with tweens on a regular basis can also be very lucrative.  Some topic ideas for these categories might include:

Tween Parenting - How To Have A Better Relationship With Your 8 - 14 Year Old  Grandparenting Tweens - What Today's Kids Are Into And How To Connect With Them Teaching Tweens - How To Get And Keep Their Attention So They Love To Learn Overweight Tweens - Why Diets Don't Work And What You Can Do About It How To Talk To Your Tween About Sex Busy Tweens - How To Help Your Tween Balance And Enjoy Middle School life

This is a short list, but you can see there are a variety of subjects having to do with tweens that would make an excellent booklet.  The key is to provide well written, helpful content so that people will not only purchase your booklet, but they'll be happy to tell others about it as well.

The Tween Market Is Diverse And Profitable

As you can see from the above examples, the market for tween booklets is wide and varied.  You can write booklets directly to tweens or write them for their parents.  You can write booklets for teachers and coaches too.  But the market is even further reaching than this, because you can sell those booklets to companies who sell to tweens, such as magazines.

There are many avenues for profiting from the tween market.  If you have a tween in your life or you work with tweens, you've got riches right under your nose just waiting to be mined!

Silk Men's PJs - The Perfect Gift For Your Guy

Nursing Pajamas

When you are looking for a gift for a guy you might not have men's PJs as the top item on your list but maybe you should. It is a gift that offers comfort, consideration, and quite often, warmth and affection to the recipient of the gift.

Nursing Pajamas

Some of the most popular, and in fact, the most stylish gifts are pajama and robe sets for men. With the different types of men's pajamas that are available today, they are far from being a garden variety gift. Pajamas are bedtime wear, so how stylish do they really have to be? Does the choice of fabric really matter? The answer to that question might just surprise you.

Men's cotton pajamas bring a level of comfort and warmth, depending on how the cotton is woven. They can be selected to offer something that is cool and comfortable for the gentleman to wear in a hot summer atmosphere, or the same fabric might be used to help him cozy up in a windy or cold climate. You can also find men's cotton pajamas in the drawstring variety, reminiscent of surgical scrubs. These are more casual and relaxed, and could double as lounge pants, offering a great way to chill out after a shower or swimming.

Cotton is a great fabric and is perfect for thousands of uses but for men's pajamas they aren't at the top of the pajama food chain.

Another fabric that is highly popular for men's pjs these days is silk. Silken clothing has a feel of luxury and wealth that women have always loved, but men are getting on board in big numbers too.

You can get many different textures of silk depending on how it is woven. Men's silk pajamas offer a very light feel to them and men love that texture and comfort in a big way. Silk wasn't always a fabric that was known as a ladies selection. Men have worn silk throughout the ages. Middle Eastern sheiks knew the light texture kept the skin cool in the sand and heat, while royalty saw silk as an extravagance that they richly deserved.

Modern ways of weaving silk on automatic looms has made the cost of silk affordable for everyone making them a luxury that is easy on the budget. Men's garments such as men's silk pajamas are far more readily found and more affordable than ever before.

Surprisingly, men's silk pajamas aren't just a luxury that feels good to the gentleman in question. They are a luxury that can actually affect the quality of rest and sleep. Research has shown that what you wear to sleep can actually help to assure that you get a more sound and restful sleep.

According to Max Hirshkowitz, who is the director of the Sleep Disorders Research Center in Houston, the quality of your sleep is affected by what you wear to sleep. Hirshkowitz says that silk is one fabric that is hard to replace for sleeping. His comments are that silk men's pjs (or womens) keeps you far warmer in the wintertime and far cooler in the summer months. In addition, they don't harbor dust mites such as other fabrics may do. They move with the body and slide as you move in your sleep, meaning that you get more rest when you are dressed for bed in silk.

If there were ever a better reason for pampering yourself just a little, we can't find it. A new bedtime wardrobe may actually help you to get more rest and feel better when you wake which is something you might want to keep in mind if you have trouble sleeping occasionally.

Wearing silk pajamas could be the thing that helps you get a better night's sleep. Silk mens pjs seem like a necessity now, don't they?

How Medical Uniforms Have Changed

Nursing Pajamas

Arguably, the field of medicine has existed since the beginning of time. Even the earliest of civilizations developed some type of system for coping with ailments. Of course these early methods of healing were very primitive, but through trial, error and advances in science, healing professions evolved their methods to match the medical practices that exist today. Although medical practices have existed since the beginning of time, the standard medical uniform is a relatively new addition to the field of medicine.

Nursing Pajamas

Today, the majority of, if not all, medical professionals adorn medical scrubs while working in hospitals and other medical facilities. Historically, however, the medical scrub is a relatively new phenomenon. At the beginning of the 19th century, doctors would perform surgical procedures in their street clothes. If a doctor was seen in clothing covered with blood and other bodily fluids, he would be perceived as having a fluid medical practice. It makes sense, however, that many doctors would not like ruining their clothes by staining them with the bodily fluids of others. Doctors who were concerned about protecting their clothing began wearing butcher's aprons when performing surgery. Eventually, some type of surgical uniform was designed to replace the aprons. Initially, the surgical uniform was white. White, however, can lead to eye strain and fatigue. In addition, the sight of blood on white material can be difficult for many people to stomach. For that reason, surgical scrubs were designed in the standard green color that we often associate with medical television shows such as M.A.S.H. The benefits of wearing medical scrubs became well known and the uniform began to be worn by all doctors and not simply surgeons.

Today, doctors are not the only medical professionals that wear scrubs. Virtually all medical staff working in hospitals and doctor's offices wear some type of scrub uniform. Even nurses have evolved from their traditional uniform to medical scrubs. Historically, nursing uniforms consisted of the standard dress, apron and cap. This uniform is highly identifiable by most people and was worn by nurses until the 1990s. Today, nursing uniforms are usually only seen in the United States when worn as costumes at Halloween. During the 90's nurses began wearing scrubs identical to those worn by doctors. The trend took off and the majority of nursing professionals in the United States wear scrubs instead of the standard nursing dress.

With both doctors and nurses wearing medical scrubs as uniforms, it was only a matter of time before other hospital professionals followed suit. The popularity of medical scrubs today is likely due to their convenience, comfort and availability. Medical scrubs allow professionals to protect their personal clothing and a uniform takes away the time consuming task of planning an appropriate outfit for the day. In addition, scrubs are comfortable and synonymous to wearing pajamas. Today scrubs have expanded and include a variety of styles including Landau scrubs and Metroscrubs. Different brands of scrubs offer a broad variety of choices. For example, Metro scrubs can be found in various colors including green, blue, pink and yellow.

What You Need to Know Before Buying Maternity Clothes!

Nursing Pajamas

Your baby bump is barely showing and you're ready to rush off to the local mall to try on those cute maternity fashions! We can't blame you as there is an abundance of new maternity fashions and styles out there. But WAIT! Read these 5 quick tips before you spend a penny - we want to make sure you know how to select the correct items, stay stylish and save a penny or two.

Nursing Pajamas

Remember that most maternity wear is sold by Pre-Pregnancy size. Although it is impossible to tell how much weight you'll gain and where you'll gain it, it's important to start with your pre-pregnancy size to ensure a correct fit. Determine your needs! It's important to know where you'll be wearing your new items, so that you can select just what you need and not be tempted to over purchase! It's no good buying 3 pairs of cute jeans if you need clothes for the office! Choose a few basic items that can be mixed and matched. A pair of pants, a skirt, a dress, jeans and several tops/tee shirts will usually be enough to start with. Remember that you can sometimes purchase non-maternity wear in a larger size. Although this will usually not work throughout the whole 9 months - as the item will be larger all over and not just in the areas you'll need it! It's sometimes handy to have a few non-maternity items in a larger size as they can be worn after the baby is born when you're not quite able to squeeze back into your favorite jeans. There are some great maternity accessories out there. You can avoid purchasing maternity wear altogether for the first few months by extending the life of your pre-pregnancy clothes with a Bella Band or B-Buckle.
Personal Tip: Don't think that just because you tried on the "belly" in the store that your new purchases will fit once your own belly starts to appear. I know this from first hand experience! A beautiful silk suit, which I planned to wear to a summer wedding, looked super cute in the store (with the "belly" on). But - looked terrible several months later. Luckily that little black office dress in the closet easily doubled as a wedding outfit when paired with some cute accessories.

A Quality Ladies Robe Will Make You Feel Like a Million Dollars

Nursing Pajamas

Purchasing a robe is a wise idea for any woman. In many cases, people choose to give robes as gifts. Women wear robes for a variety of reasons. Therefore, they are used and needed by almost everyone. Robes make wonderful quick cover-ups when company unexpectedly arrives and catches you in your pajamas.

Nursing Pajamas

They are also convenient to slip on after showering or bathing. In the wintertime, robes help create a blanket of warmth that can be worn around the house. They also add a sense of modesty to those that are usually confined to wearing sleepwear, such as people in the hospital or nursing home. Due to the vast variety of functions that robes serve, numerous different styles and types of ladies robes exist on the market in which to choose.

The first major difference in robe styles is the type of closure. Most robes close in the front. Some robes simply tie around the waist with an added piece of material as a rope. Other robes zip or button up the front. The type of closure that you choose all depends on the purpose that you want your cover-up to serve. Tie robes are often quicker to put on and take off. However, they allow more opportunities to come loose or open unexpectedly. These are best for at home wear. Zipper and snap closure robes are often a bit more time consuming to put on but have a less likely chance of coming open and exposing the body underneath. These work better for more public wear or for wearing in front of others.

Another major difference in the types of ladies robes that are purchased is the material. Different materials and styles work best for different seasons of the year. Cotton waffle, silk, satin, and micro fiber robes are often the lightest in weight. These materials offer a more breathable function and work best for spring and summer months. Chenille, cashmere, velour, cotton terry, and luxury spa robes are all often thicker and warmer materials. Some work very well at insulating body heat. These materials are best for fall and winter robe use. They also work well at absorbing moisture as when at a spa or after bathing.

In addition to the closure and material, some robes are created longer than others. Short knee length robes are perfect for women who want to create a little sexier eye appeal. Silk and sating robes are often seen available in shorter lengths. Longer ankle length robes are good for those that are more interested in covering up or staying warm.

When choosing a robe as a gift for someone special or for yourself, it is important to consider your needs. What purpose do you wish for your robe to serve? When do you plan to wear the robe? Is the feel of the fabric important? Examining these questions will help you find the perfect robe. However, in most cases, women find that having one robe simply is not enough. Do not feel bad about stocking your closet with three or four ladies' robes in a variety of styles and materials.

The Right Nursing Scrub For Your Body Shape

Nursing Pajamas

To look good should not be limited by the job you have. Meaning, it does not mean that because you are a nurse and you are always wearing lab coats or nursing scrubs disqualifies you for desiring to look good and emphasize your body with your uniform. Well, this part is not that hard. Many health care workers had been doing experiments on their medical scrubs and had been so fashionista while having a rugged scrub on. For that part, a two thumbs up. However, it sad to admit that not all nurses or health care workers were blessed with a Hollywood girl body. And the main issue that needed to be solved here is not about being a fashionista in scrub but bring fashion to the right concept. Of course, nobody wants to see a huge woman wearing a no-no dress walking down the aisle a clinging stethoscope around her neck and equipped with those metal chart holder. So the basic rule is; know your body shape or built and proceed with garments. Here are the tips.

Nursing Pajamas

Big Chested

You are greatly blessed. Yes! And you need to get emphasis on that. With this you need to get away of those nursing scrubs with big prints and just be well good on plain colored apparels. Oh, and do not forget to get a better "support system" in order for you to look having a strong torso and avoiding that sagging instances.

Pear-Shaped

Do not dwell on the imbalances but rather dwell on the focus. Show some skin from the nape or neck, go for wide v-neck scrubs as this will divert attention from the body to your face. And to minimize the size of your hips, its good you elongate your legs with straight cut pants.

Full Figured

You already have what it takes. Flaunt it. But never overdo it. Add more weight to your look by using darker colors instead of those slimming light ones. Pick a jacket if you need too, this will help up boost you.

Petite

Tipping is a bad word and do not let yourself get overwhelmed by this. Big prints for your nursing scrubs will surely put you out of proportion and will swallow your small frame. Make everything small; do not wear big accessories as it will get more attention. Show some flesh out to retain proportion.

Tall

Choose some edgy design of scrub tops like a square neck top. But make sure that the edgy thing goes horizontal and not vertical. You need to contradict your height with a little of flat lying prints in horizontal.

Long-Waisted

Light colored garments are best for this type of body shape. Cut some continuity by using Empire Scrubs with waist ribbons. Flaunt big accessories like pastel colored watch and use tops with big prints.

Athletic

A little emphasis to your waist will give you bombs of attention as you flatter your top. Flared pants can give more focus on your waist and hips than on your legs so it's a good style to use. Consider a tailored scrub tops to fit exactly your shape and to avoid a lousy look.

Earning Your Online Bachelor Degree - A Wise Choice

Nursing Pajamas

An online bachelor degree prepares you for a high-paying career and ensures a better chance at job placement once you graduate. Many specialized positions require a minimum bachelor's degree education in any field.

Nursing Pajamas

Find out if an online bachelor degree or a traditional university education is the right choice for you to further your education. Online degrees have numerous advantages and are a great fit for many students. Before you decide whether an online bachelor's degree is the best choice, consider these pros and cons of online learning.

There are many pros to attending an online school, and one of the biggest is the diversity you will experience in the virtual classroom. In an online setting, students attend class together from locations all over the world. This brings a unique multicultural aspect to online learning that may not be available at a traditional school.

You will also have professor feedback which is often more positive, individualized and constructive in an online format. Online discussions make a student feel more comfortable about speaking up and sharing thoughts than in a traditional classroom setting. This increased level of participation greatly enriches the learning experience for students.

An online education lets you set your own pace and study schedule. This allows you to keep your job and attend classes in your free time. Since you will most likely be completing your courses from your home using your own computer, you will not need to search for classes which are provided only in your area. You will have many programs to choose from.

Earning an online degree eliminates travel time to a college campus to complete classes. There is no need to pay for student lodging, and you can continue in your current living and working situation. Both aspects save you large amounts of time and money. In addition, because you work at your own pace, you may complete your degree in less time than it would take to complete the same degree at a traditional school.

Online classes are accessible from any computer. Attend class at the local library, at a friend's house or at the local coffee shop with your laptop. You can even attend class in your pajamas in your own home.

Traditional colleges have a limited number of seats for each class. With online education, you have a greater chance of gaining access to the classes you need, when you need them. There is often no need to wait a semester until your next class becomes available. In addition, Internet-based learning is less expensive than a traditional degree and financial aid is usually available. You often have access to previous classes you attended online. Review materials anytime you like, even selecting information from previous semesters.

While the benefits seem endless, there are a few areas that will require you to research and make decisions about your degree. Choose your virtual college carefully, not all employers view an online bachelor degree equal to a traditional degree.

It is imperative that you be computer literate to participate in a web-based program. You should be a self-starter and exercise great self-discipline when learning online. You create your own schedule and are accountable for attending classes regularly.

Remember that there is a lack of social interaction with peers in online education. Online study and discussion groups may be available, but face-to-face interaction rarely occurs. If you feel you would be missing this component when choosing an online program, this avenue of learning may not be for you.

Some online education sites are scams. They are not fully accredited or they close their doors without warning, leaving a student with an unfinished degree. Always thoroughly research any online school before sending tuition money or beginning course work. And even if the school shows accredited programs, not all online schools are equal. Some schools are better than others, just as some traditional universities are better than others. Research the schools before selecting one over another.

Each student must carefully weigh the pros and cons of an online bachelor degree before deciding if online education is the best choice.

Single Parenting Problems - Coping With Having to Do It All As a Single Mom

Nursing Pajamas

Facing a new job title of Mother is both exciting and scary. Facing this new life as a single parent could be down right frightening. Being a mother and a business owner, I have all the respect in the world for women who pull this juggling act off alone. It can not be easy and it deserves some serious respect.

Nursing Pajamas

Parenting with two parents is challenging. Juggling two careers and child care, a social schedule for the adults and one for the children as well can be tough, particularly in the beginning years of parenting. Mom and Dad have to start taking turns showering, taking turns going for a morning jog, ladies night out or guys night out start to fade away. For lack of time or energy, the adult social calendar may start to fade away all together. Now take that big picture and apply that to a one parent family situation. One adult making the decisions, one adult running the errands, managing the child care, career, bills, car, and house, and still trying to find time to just be an adult.

As a single mom, child care from a second person is almost a must unless there is some unique situation of independent wealth. With the rent or mortgage and utility bills lingering overhead, work is not an option. Where a two parent family may be able to swing Mom or Dad staying at home with the child, a one parent family does not have this option. An in-home nanny, Grandma, or some sort of daycare will be necessary and normally not inexpensive. Luckily, some states have some great state assistance financially for single parents. It is important to look into it because there are programs for things like free daycare and free health insurance for families with only one parent and one income. Without these kinds of programs or some sort of help, daycare can be very costly.

Establishing a working routine will be very beneficial to coping with daily life in a single mom home. Going online and reading single parent blogs and joining active forums with other single parents are great ways of gleaming some inside edge to conquering this challenge. If nothing else, these avenues will provide the feeling that you are not alone. With an established daily routine of morning activities and breakfast, dinner, and bedtime, the day is much less daunting.

There are problems with living family life as a single parent, but there are also rewards that are much more memorable. The challenge can promote growth and strength as a mother and can also improve coping skills for any possible future challenges in life.

Nursing Pajamas

Are you looking for a new mom gift idea that is unique and will stand out of the pile of baby gifts at her baby shower? Or maybe the new mom has had her baby and you would like to treat her to a special something during these early months. A unique idea for the new mom is something that is both to be enjoyed for her and the baby - matching Mommy and baby pajamas! Life as a new mom is not easy, so a matching mom and baby gift is an ideal way to ensure you remember Mommy when choosing your baby gift.

Nursing Pajamas

Matching Mommy and baby pajamas are not only adorable, but will be truly appreciated as the new mom is sure to spend lots of time in the early months caring for her baby during all hours of the day or night. Pajamas for mom that keep her cozy and comfy, while her baby wears a matching outfit, will help keep the new mom's spirits and energy up. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when choosing your matching mom and baby pajamas:

- Size: Remember, a new mom has just delivered her baby and it will be awhile before she sheds that extra baby weight, so don't skimp of the sizing for mom's pajamas. Choose a style that is loose-fitting and select a generous size for mom. For baby's outfit, select a size that will be able to be worn even past the newborn stage. Choose a 6 month or 12 month size.

- Style: Be appreciative of the season when choosing luxurious pajamas for mom and matching baby outfit. For summer months, a tank or short-sleeve pajama style will be much appreciated, while a long-sleeve, fleece or sweatshirt pajama set will work better in winter months.

- Colors: Mom's pajamas should be chosen to fit her personal preference. Baby's outfit should match the gender of the baby. Great unisex colors are white, yellow and green. Mom will also appreciate cute prints on her pajamas that coordinate with baby's outfit.

Sexy Holiday Maternity Dresses

Nursing Pajamas

October is already underway and Holiday Season is fast approaching with Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner. For many of us who are expecting, the holidays means finding a holiday dress for a number of social occasions. In addition to family and friend get togethers, many of us also have holiday office parties to attend which may require a more formal dress. So, whether your maternity dress needs are casual, slightly upscale or formal, now is the time to start looking before it is too late! Here are few suggestions in your quest for the perfect maternity dress for the holidays:

Nursing Pajamas

Unless you are shopping for a full out formal affair, it is easy to find a maternity dress that is super versatile for not only Thanksgiving and Christmas parties for other outings as well. The wrap maternity dress style is the perfect bridge from a nice dinner out to holiday party. Solids are a good choice in shopping for a maternity dress you plan to wear more than once as it is not quite as memorable as a print - especially if you might run into the same people on more than one occasion. Burgundy is a popular color out this holiday season and definitely suits the occasion from Thanksgiving to Christmas to even a classic office dress or nice day-wear outfit. Wrap dresses are one of the best body styles on the market for expecting women as they are so easy to wear, flattering to many body types and adjustable to your changing shape. Both Japanese Weekend and Maternal America (check out their Front Tie Keyhole Maternity Dress) have some super wrap and sash tie dresses out this season in burgundy, ruby and black.

If patterns are more your style, look for a print that does not say "holiday" all over it but can be worn throughout the season for a variety of venues. The Maternal America Beaded Safari Dress is based upon their bestselling style from last Fall/Winter which was a hit during the holidays. This year's style is a one of a kind earth print with a beautiful blend of safari earthy colors brought together in the front with attractive ruching with a centerpiece of chunky beading in earth colors. This dress can be worn for a formal occasion or a dinner out with friends. The colors are great for Fall, Winter, and even Spring with ¾ sleeves and light stretchy fabric. The Safari dress stretchy front ruching style plays up your curves and shows off all the best about your ever changing maternity shape.

If you have a truly dressy occasion to attend then your best option is maternity formal wear. Black is always a great choice and of course slimming and sexy for all body types and skin tones. There are a variety of styles that work very well in maternity formal dresses. Showing a little skin up top in either the sleeveless bodice or tube dress is always flattering. If you feel more comfortable with straps you can opt for a sleeveless or strappy dress to show a little shoulder or a deep V neck variety with short sleeves to show off your enhanced cleavage!

This season the full length formal dresses are very much in style on the red carpet and always a flattering and easy to fit style for expecting women. Particularly if you are further along in your pregnancy, a full length maternity gown gives some balance to a large blooming belly so the eye sees you in your entire dress from head to toe and your belly is not the sole target focus of everyone's attention. Olian Maternity has a number of beautiful and classic full length formal styles in formal dresses including the Kora Maternity Evening Dress, which is a pretty black sleeveless style, and an elegant Black Sash Evening Dress in Black with a contrasting cream Sash and neckline accent.

If you opt to show off a little leg, then a black cocktail maternity dress style is always a great bet for the Holidays and any formal or dressy occasion. Olian Maternity has a number of great styles for choose from in sexy black cocktail dresses including the Beaded Neck Cocktail Dress with a high circle neck style in beautiful beading and elegant draping pleats which hits above the knee. Olian also has a tighter fitting Silk Bodice Dress that is fitted across the bust in a silk satin finish and bra friendly. Both of these cocktail maternity dresses are sexy, classic and stunning, particularly if you can still safely pull off a black heel to complete the look!

Some great choices for other sleeveless varieties in the burgundy-maroon color family for above the knee dresses include Maternal America's Tulle Dress. This was another style which was a bestseller last holiday season in an espresso color and has returned this year in a stunning maroon color as well as a black variety. This dress has a pleated Grecian feel with a V neck leather empire waist accent that hits above the belly. The design and cut work well for all stages of your pregnancy and there is plenty of room in the belly and bust with no tenting or excess fabric. For a super buy, check out Theality's Party Dress which is a simple tube style with bra friendly straps and fitted across the bust. This easy to wear and versatile cocktail party dress is available in both burgundy and black solid.

So whether you are looking for full out formal or versatile knee length maternity dresses for the Holidays, your best bet is to shop as early as possible. To get the most wear out of your holiday maternity dress, look for styles with enough belly room and stretch to last you a number of months and colors or prints that can also be worn for other occasions. If it's chilly, just add a wrap and you are good to go!

The History of Scrubs

Nursing Pajamas

Scrubs are a short-sleeved shirt and a pair of drawstring pants made of cotton. Scrubs are worn in a medical atmosphere. The name scrubs came from the practice of doctors meticulously washing or scrubbing their hands before performing surgery. Traditionally, scrubs are light green, but today's doctors, nurses, and other medical professional are choosing hospital scrubs in brighter colors and trendy patterns like a floral print scrub top to complete their daily work attire wardrobes.

Nursing Pajamas

Up until the end of the nineteenth century, surgeons performed operations dressed in common clothing, which they covered with an apron similar to those worn by butchers. Operating rooms were large auditoriums, and surgeries were performed without the benefit of a sterile environment. Surgeons did not wash their hands before operating, and instruments were not sterilized. Nearly half of all surgical patients died of sepsis during this time.

A British surgeon named Joseph Lister became concerned about the number of deaths among his post-surgical patients. He began studying the work of Louis Pasteur, who had been conducting bacterial research, and as a result, he began using procedures to clean his patients' wounds. He found this practice successful.

Sterile procedures were slow to catch on, however, and despite the fact that nurses had begun to wear white uniforms in the early 1900s, it wasn't until the 1940s that surgeons began routinely wearing special clothing in the operating room. The early surgical clothing was gowns and surgical drapes that were made of white cotton. White clothing was found to reflect light, and in the 1950s, the switch was made to green and traditional hospital scrubs.

The simple green scrub became popular in the 1970s. Medical personnel found the uniform comfortable and functional. Hospital administrators were also impressed with how cost-effective scrubs were, as well as with their easy maintenance and the market demand for discount scrub uniforms was created.

Today, many hospitals use a variety of colors to differentiate between departments, while hospital scrubs continue to be primarily green. Pediatric staffs often wear scrubs decorated with cartoon characters, putting their young patients and their parents at ease. Many medical offices also wear scrubs. In addition, scrubs are also sold as casual and sleepwear. Many modern day hospitals are looking to find new and practical ways to manage cost. Today's hospital administrators are looking for discounted scrubs at the best prices. There can be many different companies offering discount scrubs.

Breastfeeding Lifestyle Adaptations

Nursing Pajamas

Breastfeeding is a lifestyle as well as a method of feeding your baby. As with any lifestyle, you have choices to make and some adapting to do. Choosing to breastfeed is a personal choice and with it comes some things that are allowed and a few that are not.

Nursing Pajamas

Nutrition and diet are a big part of the choice a mom makes when choosing to nurse her newborn instead of bottle feeding. Nutrition is very important because mom is not quite done eating for two yet. A higher calorie intake is still very important considering breastfeeding burns about five hundred calories a day. A healthy breastfeeding diet should contain ample amounts of protein, vitamin C, iron, DHA rich foods, and water. In DHA rich foods such as salmon will promote healthy brain growth for your little one. Calcium is something to also make sure you are getting enough of. Doctors say that five servings of calcium is the appropriate amount for a breastfeeding mom. All nursing moms should also stay on a prenatal vitamin daily as well.

Certain foods will have to be avoided during breastfeeding. This is part of the choice mothers make when choosing to nurse instead of bottle feed. The good news is that not as many foods as during pregnancy. That occasional glass of wine is normally okay as long as it is not multiple glasses and it is consumed right after feeding the baby, as opposed to right before. Deli meats are on the okay list as well now. Caffeine should still be avoided for the most part, but one cup of coffee should be okay. A good measurement will be your body's own response to the caffeine and your baby's response to it as well. If the baby is not sleeping well on days caffeine is consumed then it should be avoided completely during breastfeeding.

As far as exercise goes, unless your doctor says otherwise, you should feel free to break out the sneakers and get a good balanced routine going again. The old rule was to only do as much as your personal comfort level will allow, in other words stop if something hurts. Your doctor should always clear you for exercise first.

Wardrobe will also be something affected by a mom's choice to breastfeed. Luckily, there are more and more designers popping up with wonderful wardrobe options that promote easy where ever and whenever breastfeeding. Nursing pajamas make overnight breastfeeding much easier. Nursing tops make daily routines easier whether mom is in the comfort of her own home or on an outing to the mall.

Medical Doctor Scrubs Have Multiple Uses

Nursing Pajamas

Medical doctor scrubs are one of the most comfortable outfits there are to wear. Just ask anyone who wears them to work day and day out. Some of the doctors and nurses say that their cherokee medical scrubs are so comfortable; it's like wearing their pajamas to work. But scrubs can be worn for other reasons besides a uniform to wear to work.

Nursing Pajamas

One reason is just like those nurses and doctors had mentioned. They are so unbelievably roomy and comfortable; they are great clothes for simply lounging around the house. The fabric that they use for the scrubs nowadays is wonderful, breathable, cotton. Just wear these scrubs to bed, and you might find yourself having one of your best night's sleep ever.

Another fun way to use discount scrubs is for kids to wear. Today you can find scrubs that will fit your children for when they want to play dress up. Kids just love dressing up as doctors. If you ask a child what he or she wants to be when they grow up, there are quite a few who will respond: a doctor. You can get your child a pair of scrubs, a toy medical kit, and maybe a stethoscope and they will play and play for hours on end with this special new outfit. Dressing your kids up as doctors when they are going to visit the doctor will also help reduce the stress that they might feel upon the visit. This new outfit that they get to wear will take their minds off what the doctor is doing.

Scrubs aren't only worn by children when they play. Adults can also wear scrubs while they have a little fun of their own. There are many men and women who feel that working on restoring a classic car is a great time for them. Or they may simply enjoy changing the oil or replacing a small part on their own personal vehicles. Whatever work they happen to be doing on a vehicle, odds are its going to be a messy job. This is where dickies medical scrubs come in. All you have to do is wear a pair of medical scrubs over your regular clothes, and you have got the ultimate in clothes protection. Not only will a pair of scrubs totally cover the clothes that you want to keep clean, they will also be roomy enough so you won't feel constricted in your movements. This can be great for trying to reach those deep into the vehicle places.

However you choose to use your medical doctor scrubs is only limited by your imagination. Scrubs can have endless uses around the house, yard, and the kids' playroom. Scrubs are the versatile outfit that we all have been waiting for.

What to Wear to the Office When You Are Pregnant

Nursing Pajamas

Shopping for maternity clothes can be fun as well as challenging and frustrating. Not only do you not want to look fat, but you have to plan on gaining weight. You can try on the imaginary pillow belly in the stores, but it still doesn't give you an idea as to how the rest of your body will change when you are pregnant. Unfortunately, they don't make bottom, hip and chest pillows in the store for trying on clothes, not to mention thighs.

Nursing Pajamas

Even more challenging than finding fun stuff to wear, is shopping for office wear when you are pregnant. You may not be ready to "share the news" with the office yet, so you want to disguise your pregnancy for a while without looking fat. Even once you are showing, you may not want to advertise the fact you are pregnant depending on your work environment. All the same you want to buy clothes that will take you through your pregnancy and look good on you. You also want to look professional in much the same way that you would dress if you were not pregnant, not too cute, not too sexy or too revealing.

The Japanese Weekend Maternity brand offers the best of both worlds. This maternity label, based in San Francisco, offers the best office-casual and professional maternity clothes out there. They are also a reasonable price for designer clothes with superior fit and style. Their D&A (During and After) collection consists of tops and dresses that double for nursing and postpartum wear, are an especially good buy as they can last you over a year.

Here are some good basic styles from Japanese Weekend to get you started or your professional office maternity wardrobe:

Dresses
Japanese Weekend offers an excellent selection of maternity wrap dresses for all seasons, colors and patterns. The wrap style is so easy to wear and adjustable for all stages of your pregnancy. Their jersey fabrics and poly/spandex blends are all wrinkle resistant for a smooth polished look when you are on-the-go. The jersey styles are also great year round fabrics that can give you enough coverage for winter and can be paired with a jacket for added warmth and style. Japanese Weekend usually carries the wrap dress in warmer seasons in a short sleeve variety.

Another flattering style maternity dress is the empire waist. Japanese Weekend always carries this style in both dresses and tops as it always a bestseller. This style works very well for pregnancy as it emphases the smallest part of your body while allowing room for tummy and hips to expand without calling attention them. I recommend choosing a pattern you like in this style as well as a solid. While a pattern is more noticeable if you plan to wear it every week, a solid can be worn over and over and paired jackets or different shoes for a varied look.

Skirts and Pants
Japanese Weekend has a knee length jersey "Office Skirt" as well a flowing jersey "Office Pant" which are both must-haves for your maternity office wardrobe. These timeless basics can be mixed and matched year long and are sure to stretch to fit your changing shape. I recommend buying both in black and also in a coco for the jersey office pant. For an additional basic skirt, I recommend Japanese Weekends Long Black Skirt and their long Lux Jersey Side Slit Skirt in coco which are both wrinkle resistant and perfect for the office anytime of the year.

Maternity Tops
Japanese Weekend's Cross Over Top is part of the D&A collection and is flattering for pregnancy and postpartum as well as offering discreet nursing access. This style has been so successful that the cross over top is available in a wide variety of colors and patterns. New this year Japanese Weekend has come out with a Front Cross Over Dress in the same style as the top which is also for both maternity and nursing wear.

Another great style Japanese Weekend top is the D&A Sash Maternity and Nursing Top. This top is also a big crowd pleaser and is available in at least 5 colors. This style features an empire waist adjustable side tie, 3/4 sleeves and a flattering square neck. The Sash Maternity Top is so versatile, you can pair it with a jersey skirt, office pants or jeans. This top is a great postpartum choice as well since is disguises your recovering belly while offering discreet nursing access. The 3/4 sleeves also work well anytime of the year.

So if you are looking for a wide selection of maternity office wear that you can mix and match, choose a few good prints and solids from the Japanese Weekend collection and you will have a wardrobe that can take you through maternity and beyond.

Maternity Styling - Rich Colors Rock the Red Carpet in Celebrity Fashion

Nursing Pajamas

As the awards season gets started this year and actors walk the red carpet, fashion blogs and celebrity magazines got their cameras rolling and pens ready. Which designers would the stars turn to? Who would wear a classic dress? Who would step out of the box and wear something totally unexpected? As lights flashed and the actors arrived, one theme became clear: colors. And not just any colors, but bold, beautiful, and deep colors, some almost jewel-like. From ruby reds to jeweled teals to quartz purple, rich and bold colors stood out on the red carpet. Celebrities such as Tina Fey, Cameron Diaz, Lea Michelle and Amy Adams (you've got to love an expectant mom rocking the red carpet), all sported vibrant colors in their gown selections, making bold statements.

The great thing about rich colors is that they are incredibly versatile and look beautiful next to any skin tone or hair color. While nudes or grays can wash out many people, deep colors play up your best features and really make a statement. As super-chic and famed celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe writes in her fun fashion guide, "...rich jewel tones tend to look good on almost everyone... Pale or dark, my clients tend to look best in colors that are rich and bold... These are colors that pop and look striking on just about anyone."

This example is clear with the dresses seen at the Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild awards this year. Sandra Bullock looked gorgeous in a deep quartz purple gown, Gabourey Sidebe looked glamorous in a bold blue dress, and Lea Michelle shown in a stunning jeweled teal gown. Whether you are fair skinned or darker, have brown hair or blonde, most deep and bold colors are complimentary to your coloring.

While these rich tones look gorgeous on a red carpet with the cameras flashing, they look equally as good in day to day life. A deep purple blouse or a cute red cami looks great paired with a pair of dark wash denim jeans. Pair a sapphire blue top with a cute skirt and you have a winning combination. When pregnant, a gorgeous empire waist top in a vibrant color or a cute wrap dress in a rich hue is an excellent addition to your wardrobe.

If looking for a maternity top to wear daily, from work to an evening out, a great choice is the Teal D&A Sash Maternity/Nursing Top from Japanese Weekend. This gorgeous teal color will make you feel radiant, and a deep v-neck and empire waist are figure flattering. This look and color is work appropriate yet also perfect for an evening out.

Another great maternity option is the Knit Flutter Top from Maternal America. A rich fuchsia color combined with a flattering flutter front design looks great with anything from jeans and flats to black pants and heels. Consider some gorgeous color options as you add to your spring wardrobe!

Just as bold colors look good on cute tops, they look also great on dresses. From flowing summer dresses to the classic cocktail dress, a rich color makes a statement. Classic black is always elegant and beautiful, but switching it up with an emerald green or sapphire blue really makes a statement. For an evening out or a special work party, the Embellished Dress from Maternal America is a twist on the standard cocktail dress and is sure to make a splash. Deep plum in color, it has a jeweled neckline and an empire waist which truly make a statement. Classic in shape yet modern in color, it is the perfect dress for that special evening. If looking for something a bit more casual, Maternal America's Front Tie Dress is another fantastic option. Splashes of bright blues really sparkle on this sleeveless dress, perfect for warm weather days.

From amethyst purple to emerald green, jewel tones are vibrant and beautiful. These highly saturated colors make a statement as a cute top or a stylish dress. Adding these colors to your wardrobe will spice up your day to day wear!

Winter Maternity Clothes

Nursing Pajamas

The winter months can often seem to drag on, with gray skies and rain taking over the days. One way to combat the winter blues during one's pregnancy is to find ways to pep up one's maternity wardrobe. There are certain staples to have, such as a great hoodie and fantastically fitting jeans, and specific details, such as gorgeous colors, that are sure to dress up one's winter wardrobe. Those gloomy days will not stand a chance next to gorgeous winter maternity clothing!

Nursing Pajamas

Every expectant mother must have a great fitting pair of jeans in her wardrobe. The right pair of jeans flatters your shape and makes you feel sexy and confident. During the winter months a darker wash is more appropriate and actually more figure flattering. It also is a bit dressier, allowing the jeans to work during both day and evening. A fantastic option is the Megan Black Jeans from Maternal America. These black denim jeans are classy and versatile. With stretchy fabric and a soft three inch wide supportive belly band, one is sure to be comfortable all day long. Cut in a flattering boot cut, they make your changing pregnancy figure look great. A well-fitting jean is a must for one's winter wardrobe, and the Megan Black Jeans are sure to please.

Layering is incredibly important during winter, as one transitions from the cold outside to the warmth of one's house. One great way to accomplish this is in the form of a cute cardigan. Cardigans are stylish, flattering, and are an easy way to pull an outfit together. One beautiful option new this season is the Hold Me Close Nursing Jacket from Japanese Weekend. This gorgeous nursing jacket and shell takes a twist on the classic cardigan. Although designed for nursing, it can be worn throughout your entire pregnancy. The long sleeves, gently flowing front shell, and super soft fabric provide the perfect combination of comfort and fashion. Pair it with your favorite jeans and a black tank for an effortlessly chic look. Cardigans are a great addition to one's winter wardrobe, as they work well with casual looks as well as office and evening outfits.

Even though it is winter and cold weather abounds, fashion does not stop and neither do social obligations. For those special nights out a stunning dress is in order. In order to wear a fashionable dress while still being comfortable in the cold weather, a 3/4 length or long sleeve dress is the perfect option. More winter appropriate, a long sleeved option is both fashionable and functional. Maternal America's new Beaded Diamond Dress is a great choice with its stylish ¾ length sleeves and beautifully ruched beaded diamond front. A deep v-neck elongates the neck and the ruching at the bust creates an overall slimming look. Pair this dress with great stockings, such as Noppie's Maternity Tights, and a beautiful shawl and one has a stylish and weather appropriate outfit. Long sleeved dresses are the perfect option to keep warm and stay super stylish.

After one has added those essential pieces to one's maternity wardrobe, there are a couple of ways to perk up one's closet during the winter months. Adding color is a great option since it combats the grays and blacks typically seen during these months. Deep rich jewel tones, such as turquoise and emerald are a great option. The Kora V-Neck Dress from Olian Maternity in a stunning royal blue is a good choice, along with their Emerald Green Maternity Turtleneck. The addition of some great jewelry pieces also peps up one's outfit. Accent pieces, such as a beautiful statement necklace or a large gold and jeweled ring, add color and pizazz to one's outfit. Choose one piece to be the main focus so as not to overdo it. These small details will really pull one's outfit together.

Overall, maternity fashion is incredibly stylish and the winter months are no time to let this fade. Staple pieces, such as fabulous jeans and gorgeous dresses, will always be in style and are very comfortable. From running errands to an evening out, one can maintain comfort, style, and warmth throughout one's pregnancy.
